Thomas has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Penn State.  He has worked as an adventure travel guide in Asia, Australia, Alaska, and Hawaii for 6 years and as a whitewater raft guide on Cache La Poudre River for 11 years.  He is a volunteer fire fighter with Poudre Fire Authority.

Wendy was born and raised in Fort Collins and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Marketing from Colorado State University.  She has worked as a Contract Manager and Sales Assistant at The Group since 2006.

Kathy Beck, Sally Brent, Chris Doyle and Cindy Kutin have all earned the highest level of service achievement in the real estate industry, Quality Service Certified Platinum.  The award is in recognition of earning 100% client service satisfaction in 2012, as measured by Leading Research Corporation.

A Quality Service Certified (QSC) award is the only recognition in the real estate industry based on independently validated customer satisfaction survey results.  Following a real estate closing, clients of QSC agents receive a survey to rate the agent on various aspects of the service process.  An overall satisfaction rating is displayed on a website (www.QualityService.org) where sellers and buyers have the ability to select a real estate professional based upon agents’ validated record of service satisfaction.

Holsten recently retired from the City of Fort Collins, Police Services after 17 years of service.  During his tenure he was awarded the Police Chief’s Commendation for Commitment to Excellence in 2001 and 2008 and received the Police Services Distinguished Service Medal in 2011. He is also the author of a children’s book, The Swimsuit Lesson, using his experience as a police investigator to pursue his passion of protecting our children.
